On May, 2009, ten totally repaired and modern equipped broiler breeding houses were opened in Slavyanovo. So, together with the opened at the end of 2008 five houses in Sevlievo, total capacity of broiler farms, owned by Bulchicken, reached 345 000 broilers per patch.

Inauguration of five new-built broiler breeding houses took place in Sevlievo at the end of December, 2008. The project is financed by SAPARD programme and corresponds to all EU regulations and standards. Broiler houses are situated in the territory of the slaughterhouse in Sevlievo and their total capacity is 90 000 birds per batch.

The whole team of Videxim Bulgaria got together in Sevlievo on 20th of December. On the eve of the Christmas holidays the team arranged a pleasant company happening, with representatives of Bulchicken, Bulfoods and Touristteam invited. Our token hosts were our colleagues from Hrinad –poultry slaughterhouse Bulchicken.

In October 2007 Bulchicken JSC expanded the range of its activity directing fresh efforts to the poultry farming. Fulfilling this new project the company has acquired poultry breeding center located near town of Slavianovo with total area of 63 decares. To this moment the number of working and renovated sections is 10 with total capacity of 150 thousand birds. Team of experienced poultry-farmers and competent veterinary surgeons takes care of the poultry breeding. The organization outnumbers 23 people including the clerical and technical maintenance staff. Bulchicken is a sponsor of the young talent Peter Petrov from Sevlievo – a motor racing competitor. On the 10th of July 2005 he ranked fifth at the third stage of the European Championship, which took place at “Gorna Rositsa” motor range, Bulgaria.
