Ingredients:
1 Whole chicken “Bulchicken”
1 lemon, halved
2 sliced leeks, white part only
2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
2. Place the chicken in a lightly greased 23 x 33cm baking dish. Stuff the chicken with the lemon and the sliced leeks, then sprinkle with seasoning.
3. Bake at 175 degrees C for 1 hour, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Let stand 10 minutes, then remove lemon and leeks.
Serve.
